Tuna Sandwich


Ingredients

    • 425g/15 oz canned tuna
    • 2 chillies
    • ½ teaspoon pepper (to taste)
    • ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)
    • 100g/3.5 oz butter
    • Extra butter to apply on bread


Method

  • Drain the brine from the tuna using a fine mesh strainer. 
  • Remove the seeds from chillies and finely chop the chillies.
  • Add the drained tuna into a bowl. Break the tuna chunks.
  • Add chopped chillies, pepper, salt and butter. Mix well.
  • Add a thin layer of butter on bread (optional). 
  • Spread the tuna mixture on bread. 
  • Cut the ends of the bread, if required.
