Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients
- 425g/15 oz canned tuna
- 2 chillies
- ½ teaspoon pepper (to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 100g/3.5 oz butter
- Extra butter to apply on bread
Method
- Drain the brine from the tuna using a fine mesh strainer.
- Remove the seeds from chillies and finely chop the chillies.
- Add the drained tuna into a bowl. Break the tuna chunks.
- Add chopped chillies, pepper, salt and butter. Mix well.
- Add a thin layer of butter on bread (optional).
- Spread the tuna mixture on bread.
- Cut the ends of the bread, if required.
