Pan Roasted Potatoes
- 500g boiled potatoes (cut in half)
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)
Method
- Heat the Oil – Add oil to a pan and heat over medium heat.
- Fry the Potatoes – Add the boiled potatoes to the pan. Flip and fry until they turn golden brown on all sides.
- Drain Excess Oil – Once the potatoes are golden, remove any excess oil from the pan.
- Season – Add rosemary, pepper, and salt to the pan.
- Finish Cooking – Toss everything well and cook for about a minute, until the rosemary becomes fragrant.
