Pan Roasted Potatoes


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 500g boiled potatoes (cut in half)
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)


Method

  • Heat the Oil – Add oil to a pan and heat over medium heat.

  • Fry the Potatoes – Add the boiled potatoes to the pan. Flip and fry until they turn golden brown on all sides.
  • Drain Excess Oil – Once the potatoes are golden, remove any excess oil from the pan.
  • Season – Add rosemary, pepper, and salt to the pan.
  • Finish Cooking – Toss everything well and cook for about a minute, until the rosemary becomes fragrant.


Serve hot and enjoy!
