Apple Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped apple
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons milk
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (plain flour)
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
Method
- Prepare the Apple – Place the chopped apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a mug (at least 300 ml capacity). Mix well and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add Wet Ingredients – Pour in the melted butter, milk, and brown sugar. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Incorporate Dry Ingredients – Add the flour and baking powder. Gently stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Cook – Microwave for 1 minute (based on a 1000-watt microwave).
- Enjoy – Let it cool slightly and serve warm.
