Apple Mug Cake


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped apple
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoons milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (plain flour)
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder


Method 

  • Prepare the Apple – Place the chopped apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a mug (at least 300 ml capacity). Mix well and microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Add Wet Ingredients – Pour in the melted butter, milk, and brown sugar. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Incorporate Dry Ingredients – Add the flour and baking powder. Gently stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Cook – Microwave for 1 minute (based on a 1000-watt microwave).
  • Enjoy – Let it cool slightly and serve warm.
